Hey guys. I hit my goal weight finally and I was wondering how to eat at maintenance. I can't afford to lose any more weight right now.
Stats: 6'1, 190 lbs, 10% - 11% bodyfat.
I did that whole BMR thing and included the workouts and my maintenance in calories is somewhere around 3100. I was wondering how to break that down into macronutrients. For example, how many carbs/fats/proteins should I be eating a day to maintain my weight? The one I am most worried about is the carbs. Do I eat one gram per pound of bodyweight or something?
Kind of sucks that I have a bit of loose skin hanging from the bottom of my stomach, it's not too bad but it makes it look like I have a gut when I wear a beater. I hate that since I worked so hard to lose the weight. But that's what happens when you go from 320 to 190 I guess. I am only 21 so I am hoping the loose skin will snap back in time. Anybody know if there's a good chance of it happening at my age? If not, I might get a mini tummy tuck or something in December if I don't see any results.
Well, any help with the maintenance thing is much appreciated.
