Eating in-between meals??

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of leaning and wanted to know a simple question about a theory i have.

Ok so i usually eat every 3 hours and am on track with my diet. My question is could i eat a cup of veggies and some aminos in-between meals to boost fat loss even more?

I know that sometimes people will eat veggies inbetween meals but just was wondering if i did this and added aminos would it help?

How is adding veggies and aminos gonna aid in fat loss? Agreed, we would have to see the diet, but i don't understand how this will make a difference. To me veggies are ruffage, and add fiber which aides in digestion yes, but i'm not sure where your coming from.
 
I just hear that some people add in veggies in between meals as a way to keep ur intestines full and thought maybe that would help in gains and fat loss/water retention. idk just a thought.

there is no between meals with the type of diet bbers need.. ur eating 6-8 meals a day.. forget about between meals.. focus on the meals
