12-18 a day. I try to eat 2 with every meal before 6:00pm and usually have a lot for breakfast. breakfast i get close to 100g's of protein with scrambled eggs.. the rest of the day they are hardboiled.
2-3, no not boiled , fried only fried, you put on a toast maybe some baloney on top, ah shit takes good as hell. yeah screw boiled. I can boil some pasta or soup, actually eggs go good with soup.
