I've started the LGD at 1ml/day along with my 650mg/wk test and proviron.

First gym day after extended weekend getaway. I'll link to my running blog below for background and amusement

Leg day today
10 min cardio
Squat press: 90x8, 180x8, 270x8, 360x8, 450x5
Db squats: 50s x8, 60x8, 70x8, 80x6, 100s x4
Leg curl Mach: 60x8, 80x8, 100x8, 120x6 with a hold, 140x4
Leg ext Mach: 60x8, 80x8, 100x8, 120x8, 140x8 all done slow!

Sweating machine I was!!!!

Headed to gym shortly. Note LGD is 10mg/ml so I'm starting at 10mg/day. If I don't get the kick I want, I'll go 20mg/day. That was my sweet spot when last I tried LGD.

Legs are achy. Bit of a headache for some reason. Slept like crap again. I've been blowing off my CPAP but need to start using it again. I sleep way better with it.

Also note typo and changes: I'm 700/wk test now. I lowered my anastrazole a while back to see if it would help my trigger pull difficulties. Not sure if it made any diff there but noting some pain n swelling behind the nips so bumping anast back up to 2.5/wk from 1.75/wk plus another week of caber just to be safe. Bloods are not as convenient here as at the old house location so I still gotta figure that out.

Bicep day with burning inner elbow tendon :-(
Got a wrap last week. Not helping much. Been an annoyance for a while but last week after my post hole digging it really got the burn

Started with 50# ez bar for 8 and it burns even with the brace. No go.
Jumped over to standing DBs: 30s x8, 35x6, 30x8, 25x8. Elbow ok if I don't roll my palms face up
Ez bar shrugs: 50x12, 70x10, 80x8, 90x8, 100x6
Chainsaws: 60x12,12,12
Machine rows: 60x12, 80x10, 100x6, 120x5, 60x15
Cable lats: 130x12, 150x8, 170x5, 120x12
Cable rope curls: 20x12, 60x10, 80x8, 100x5

Weight 218
Cals 2500, carbs 39, fat 39, protein 21 (129g)

Time to get that protein back up! Not sure how to deal with the elbow issue but it only burns if I turn my palms up. If palms face each other, no pain.

Lil less sweat. Headache went away as soon as it did the cardio.

Triceps day

CPAP night, slept better, no headache.... until I hit the gym. Nothing major but of note

10 mins cardio
Cable triceps: 60x8, 80x8, 100x8, 100x5, 60x12
Smith bench: 95x8, 145x8, 185x8, 205x4, 145x8
Db pullovers: 50x8, sharp pain left ab so I quit that one
Standing military db: 25s x8, 30x8, 35x8, 40x5

Pec deck was busy so did this db flat bench thingy where I did pecs and then skulls: 20s x8&8, 25s x8&8, 30s x4&4

Then pec deck available: 100x12, 120x12, 140x8, 160x6

Some other notes: arms got tight really fast today. Worked at same pace but much less sweat. Some night sweats the last few days. That light headache thingy.

And most annoying: look back at my history and you will see that I've been fighting a 'trigger pull' issue, but over the epic party weekend everything was awesome! Then the last two nights I've actually had inflation issues! Annoying! Just gonna give the little guy a break for a while and let all these new chemicals stabilize.

Found closest b.w. Draw station 75 miles away. Oh well. Gotta pay if ya wanna play

Spent some time last night with the coconut oil on Wifee's plantar fasciitis. She then reciprocated with an oily back massage. She stopped to admire when I put hands behind head and flexed. "OMG baby", she exclaimed. "If my hands weren't oily I'd get a pic! You look incredible all tanned and oiled!" Grin. Always nice to get positive reinforcement. Now that leads me to 'the rest of the story'. We agreed to give wee man a break.... but at 3:30 am she wakes me up in her favorite nighty. "I need you now" is her greeting. But that's not all. I find out later that she woke up again at 5am with more needs! I gotta back down her test! :-o oh, and she finished that one off with the shower nozzle. Lol!

Really good strong workout. Squats winded me but all in all very good. Lots of sweat. Wifee tagged along to do some light stuff and watch me get crazy!

Forgot to add that the previous LGD I ran from another source taste like concentrated bong water. This stuff is more like battery acid! Or more like the 'heads' that get thrown away on a moonshine run! Cost to play tho. All good:-)
If I go to 2ml/day I'm gonna have to split it up. Don't think I can do it all at once lol!

Starting to feel the expected LGD effects. Improved mood, improved cardio, just a touch of strength but a lot more drive today at the gym!

Wifee tagged along again:-) and put some good work in also

Lil back tweak right off the cardio, right shoulder a bit sore, not a big sweat day. Wifee did great pushing me. She is starting to get it, not so scared of the weights and the crazy scary faces I make while lifting. She is learning "ouch" doesn't mean I hurt anything and if I want to get bigger I have to go beyond my own comfort level and I need her to push me there!

Weight 219, cals 3080, carbs 36, fat 31, protein 33(220g)

Still lots of sweat. Still very winded doing squats. But by the end I was looking for more weights to move; more machines to max out! Really finished strong!
 
Skipped yesterday. One of our pets passed. Wifee needed extra attention.

Making some changes: doubled LGD dose, upper anastrazole to 3.5/wk

Really driven leg day. Cardio not good tho. Strong 'lifts' but then kinda light headed after some sets.

Typo correction: last weight 218. Note my weight is kinda stuck around that number right now.

Yesterday was appointments, massage, and I signed up to get back on a local bowling league so after 20 years, I needed to dust off my balls. :-o
all set to hit the gym this morning.... and the whole downtown is in lockdown while they search for some dumazz who decides to shoot it out with the cops last night. Idiot druggy be my guess.

Some other notes: Doubling LGD, protein drink, coffee and then an hour of abuse on the massage table is not good for my sensitive stomach! Disconcerting.

Changes in my 'supplements' has improved my trigger pull but I also add that holding out for a few days in between also helped. No more deflation issues either. Seems this level of test, never run by me before, needs quite a bit more anastrazole.

I contacted supplier of possible underdosed test-u. They, of course, quoted their 99 point something positive rating and zero complaints about said product. I replied, "it's all good. It's only $30". Just as a final test, I started rotating wifee test injects. One of my test-e, then one of the test-u. Even she says the test-u is crap comparatively. Oh well.
