Epistane cycle - This ok?

Hey, I am a male. About 185 cm and 90 kg.

I was thinking about doing an epi cycle as my first ever steroid cycle and use nolva as post cycle therapy (pct).

Epi: 20/30/30/40
Nolva: 40/40/20/20

Does this look ok?

And also, do I need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for my post cycle therapy (pct)? I've heard (or read) some say that you should use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for post cycle therapy (pct), but im not sure. Pretty paranoid about getting gyno tho

Nolvadex is fine for post cycle therapy (pct). If your off ph and have no aromatizing substances in you, then there's no need for an AI.

I'd run epi at 30mg for 2 weeks and 40 for the others, or 30mg all 4 weeks. 20mg does little to nothing.
