would 400mg of eq by itself be enough to help maintain the muscle
i have through out the summer. while im working out in the hot sun
draing my body. and only working out 2 days a wk. or would it be a waste. this is usually the best time for me to shed bf. but i dont want to lose my muscle i alreay have.
