Exercising before a blood test?

I am completely new to this but I'm thinking that exercising would help boost T levels but at the same time the exercise will cause your body metabolize the testosterone faster. I gathered this from another thread asking if exercise comsumes Testosterone. I'm sure someone that actually knows will chime in and correct me.

That's all hear say.

I've taken a bunch of blood tests. Most of them (about 10 tests range from 190-270). I've also had a few a little higher, 310, 315, 319, 359, 385. The test times range from 7am to 930am. My doctor saw the 385 and 359 and thought I was fine. All of these tests were taken after my morning (6am-7am) weight workout. I have symptoms and feel like crap, I want to ensure my tests stay in the 200s do I can get treatment. I thought testing an hour later 830 vice 730 would make it lower, but I've had low 200s at 730 and I had a 319 at 830, so later in the morning always doesn't give me a lower test. Any suggestions?

Sleep seems to be a big factor for me. If I am sleep deprived, which I generally am, I test much lower for tesosterone. Before one blood test I had a intramural basketball championship then went out drinking to celebrate, hardly slept, woke up had to take an occupational fitness test, then before my blood draw I went and did a heavy bench workout. My testosterone was in the 400's when it was expected to be in the 700's. Wasn't really my plan, but it got my trt dose bumped up a bit.

TRT is great. If It was me in your position..I wouldn't sleep the night before the test, and I would do some intense draining cardio or endruance exercise before you get your blood drawn. It probably couldn't hurt to jerk off a few times and eat a sugary breakfast lol.

Of course I don't even know your age or why you may have Low T. You may want to consider all alternatives like clomid therapy, HCG, etc and discover why you have Low T in the first place before getting married to the needle....
