fast food?

i know mcdonalds and burger king has a lot of calories and fat in the whopper and quarter pounders, what about the chicken sandwich and also is chineese food ok and any thoughts on taco bell thanks for input

as for chinese, it depends what you order. I have chicken or beef steamers (which is a shitload of chicken or beef, steamed with broccoli, cauliflower, and some other veggies in a bambo steamer) every once in a while...all youre getting is chicken or beef and veggies. Meanwhile theyre stuff like sesame chicken, or sweet and sour chicken, which is all breaded, or fried, and covered in sauce, etc. None of the stuff will kill you, and is fine to eat on occasion, but obviously something like a steamer will be healthier/cleaner/lower calorie than the fried stuff covered in sauces.

mcdonalds is a staple in my diet when buking, otherwise wendys chicken sandwich without mayo and a baked potatoe are always good.
