Favorite alternate pinning site.

I have become familiar with pinning my delts, glutes and quads. I can find the ventro on someone else with the iliac crest, but it is much harder on myself. Now That I will be pinning everyday Im trying to find another spot to add in and I'm curious what others opinion would be on the best spot. Thanks much!
 
I had really thought about the lats. After some reading it seems like everyone is saying it is horrible, but people also say they quads are bad and mine are fine. Guess I'm just getting some butterflies, just like I did before asking halfwit to prom.
 
I'm in the same situation , I'm Running a nine compound cycle, , I've gotta find more then just 6 sites to pin.. I think I'm gonna hit lats this week and see how it goes

22 weeks long,, phase one bulk and phase two cut. Running Dbol, NPP, deca, proviron, test e and test c,, week 9 will be adding in masteron and primobolan,, the oral I'll be finishing with is tbol --
sarms stack is gw-50 and s4..

So yeah I'm gonna need more pin sites :)


Then when I'm done with that,, back to trt for a few months,, Then just gonna cruise for awhile on trt dose of test and tren ace

Pecs are super easy. If you have trouble finding your ventroglutes, lie on your side and flex your hip. Pressing down north of the acrominon process should feel firm; relax and that should verify the location as the firm area should sink. Alternatively, you can find it by standing on one leg - it should pop out pretty well.

I have no idea how you fuckers reach the lats? I'm sure I could get the pin in there if I really tried (and I'd be sweating balls to do it) but no way could I work the plunger lol.

Glutes are getting steadily more difficult as well...

The only thing I pin myself is my quads cause sitting down it's easy to do.. I have my wife pin most the time.. So yeah it's gonna be the wifey pinning the lats this week.. My shoulders are tight as hell,, I can't scratch my own back,, let alone try to pin difficult spots,, don't see how guys reach all these spots themselves

I agree.

I have difficulty hitting my delts nowadays due to my massive chest and short arms.

Im contemplating starting to inject in my biceps.

I've done bis/calves once - that was enough to satisfy my curiosity FOREVER. :p

LOL - that's how you do it Roush!!!

It's been a little while sense I've ran one of my really BIG BLAST cycles... ha ha, I use to think I would "glow in the dark" - if I added one more compound!

lats and pecs are awesome alt sites! Lats become more and more difficult but depends on how big your "wings" are. Pecs are easy! And F calves, no way
 
I've done glutes, quads, lats, pecs. both sides for symmetry :D that gives me enough sites
 
Cant you slightly move up and down your quads while alternating with ass cheeks? I'm having problems reaching my ass lately and definately not man enough to try my pecs or lats...
 
Traps
Delts(rear, side, front)
Lats
Pecs(upper, lower)
Tris(medial, long, lateral heads)
Bis(long, short)
Quads(outer, tear drop, rectus femoris)
Glutes(ventro,med)
Calves(inner, outer)

Spots for weeks, use small amounts on virgin muscles, especially calves and arms

Ive done a lot of mobility work over the years, paid off with being able to reach more spots to pin lol


Anybody tried forearms? Which spot particular do u pin?
