Favorite alternate pinning site.

This is some bro science, but pinning arms and calves helps with mind/muscle connection... Although painful at first, it went away and now I feel its beneficial.
 
I've seen some posts about how terrible injecting biceps/calves can be.

Cant you slightly move up and down your quads while alternating with ass cheeks? I'm having problems reaching my ass lately and definately not man enough to try my pecs or lats...
Yes, one hand-width up from the knee, one hand-width down from the hip is the "golden" area. Just try to have at least 2-4" between sites.

Traps
Delts(rear, side, front)
Lats
Pecs(upper, lower)
Tris(medial, long, lateral heads)
Bis(long, short)
Quads(outer, tear drop, rectus femoris )
Glutes(ventro,med)
Calves(inner, outer)

Spots for weeks, use small amounts on virgin muscles, especially calves and arms

Ive done a lot of mobility work over the years, paid off with being able to reach more spots to pin lol


Anybody tried forearms? Which spot particular do u pin?

You're either extremely brave or lucky. Anywhere but the vastus lateralis is riddled with nerve endings and larger blood vessels. Took me once to accept this fact - as hitting a nerve is a real wake up call. ;)

I put .75cc of npp in each vastus medialis last night for the 3rd time.... It is a lil sketchy going in, idk how to explain it, but no PIP.... Rectus femoris/vastus intermedius has been one of my main sights since my first cycle lol; I stretch quads daily to keep them from getting tight, massage therapy helps too.

A lot of these alternate spots I've listed I hit with that forsaken inj winny as virgins.... I think after making it through that crippling experience nothing else will phase me hahahaha.

Btw my shoulder is good to go, u were right, ibuprofen and rest. I can't thank u enough for convincing me not to aspirate my delt that one day. I was about to hit the side and rear head in like 2-3 diff spots each with a 1 inch 20g to see if I could draw fluid out.... My shoulder would be fucked right about now.

One more thing, I only hit a nerve one time, and it was in my glute medius... Of all spots, the most popular/safest.

LMAO that's a good one. I was going to do pecs but I did chest yesterday and I was pretty sore didn't want to risk it now I wish I did.

I think I'm going to do the other side tomorrow but use a slin pin.

Pinning everyday is getting old and I've only been doing it 5 weeks but the results are worth it :)
 
I thought traps would suck, but it is honestly one of the easiest spots for me. Perhaps because I used to have chronically tight traps/front delts/pecs(forward shoulder posture)... So I have stretched the living hell out of those muscles.

I'll NEVER pin ed again.... But then again I had that horrible inj winny experience haha.
 
i would rather pin quads or delts with less time between injection then ever doing cavs or bi's. i don't think i could do traps either that would be rough. ill be the guy to throw out a dumb idea. could you do hamstrings? never heard of anyone doing this but i guess its possible.

Just be careful with the medialis - your femoral artery resides on the inside of it. While you'd probably have to intentionally try to hit it, I know that's something I wouldn't want to hit. ;)

Lol... I just realized I gotta call bullshit on what I said.

I'm pinning TNE everyday... Got sick for a few weeks on this blast. Now that I am better, going hard, TNE/eca stack preworkout for the next few weeks!!!!
 
I don't know how you guys do it. I have not done a ton of cycles (5 cycles in 5 years) or extremely intense ones at that, but I have always pinned glutes. Last year I decided to try pinning quads because my ass becomes a shelf from pinning there exclusively. I did one pin (23g-1") in my right quad (Cyp/Deca) and NEVER AGAIN! It was honestly one of the worst things I have ever dealt with....and I have broke my nose 3 times, blown out my knee, dislocated my thumb, played ball on a fractured ankle etc. I had to tell people I was doing overhead press and dropped a 65 lb dumbbell on my thigh to explain why I was so hobbled up for two freaking weeks! I even had to take a sh*t with my leg straight out in front of me. Was ridiculous. I would love to try pinning a new site, but am scared sh*tless after last time. Ugh.
 
I've looked at some spot injection pics for traps and they all seem different. Are you pushing straight in to the trap or at some what of a downward angle?

Try a 25g 1in bud

Use half cc's on virgin muscles
