filter membrane's...what to use

I see that there are many filter membrane's out there PES, Nylon, PTFE, and PVDF. Is any one better than the other, and are there any that should not be used.

I only use PVDF, which is what you'll get if you order from gpz, lemelange and other kit makers. Buy em in bulk and save a shitload of money.

pvdf, and gmf are the best for our purposes.
