Wannabe: Great advice on the 2 gallons of water bro.....BUT.....I have YET to read one convincing article (scientific-based; not theoretical) that proves this whole kidney-damage/stress issue with Fina!!!

I wouldn't run it without Winstrol (winny). Cause last time I did fina only, I ended up with a little lump under my left nipple.

I did fina alone. Great strength gains, minimal size gains. I should've run test with it. No fina dick though.

went three weeks without an erection. fina dick is pretty bad. in regards to water consumption, you will get the kidney pain/pump. definitely worth it though. as long as you dont mind having a water bottle in one hand and a protein shake in the other all day.
