First cycle ever. I'm coming back from spinal fusion.

700mgs of prop cypo and eq is my weekly dose. I spilt it into 3 shots weekly. I started at 5'9 and 140 lbs. I'm still 5'9 but in 4 weeks I've gained 14 lbs.. Never felt better and have ceased taking pain meds. I ingest 4-5000 calories daily(mainly shakes). Have only some guidance not sure if I completely trust them

Are u running an AI? Do u have a proper pct?
 
When on aas a sense of well being is always present.

Remember that you are going to get stronger than your ligaments and tendons can physiologically keep up. Also remember that AAS DO NOT speed injuries healing time...time and very very careful lifting is called for...don t further fuck your self, OK ?

I ll not address the chemicals Aromatase inhibitor (AI) s and hcg, I ll give younger members a chance to chime in and correct them if they mislead you.

compound movements like squat, dead lifts and bench and military are an INTEGRAL part of packing on mass.

Thanks. I'm using a trainer to help at least guide me with training. I was hurt in 05 pain pills damn near destroyed me. I'm almost free from there grip. I'm 35 years old now. I see this as either this or lifetime of pain and addiction. Any and all advice is appreciated. My vet is kind of a pushy person so losing credibility with me fast.

Ok man, u are taking a pretty large dose of AAS without the proper knowledge to do it safely. That being said u need to read the sticky called Standard PCTs on the forum page. They are mandatory to help u recover your natural test production after cycle and also to keep gains you made while on cycle. An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is an aromatose inhibitor which helps control estrogen levels that will be elevated due to the test your putting in your body. So u need to read up on this stuff. Be safe!!
 
So you mean the blocker? Yeah I have but was told by my "vet" not really needed till off cycle. Again thanks for info. I didn't just decide to do these willy nilly. Deciding factor was strength will lead to less pain or no pain at all. Which for me makes this a means to an end. To live a pain drug free life I had to embrace the way of the gear

Well I just want u to know that is incorrect. U do not take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or "blocker" in your post cycle therapy (pct) usually. It is for estrogen control while ON cycle. Don't just take other people's advice and go with it. Research it on your own so u will know for sure. Also if u struggled with addiction, be very cautious with AAS. Trust me it can be addicting. Be safe and have fun!!

Just a reference, practice form over power, more weight doesn't mean more muscle if your form is shit. I've suffered a minor spinal injury, a medium spinal injury, and a serious spinal injury (popped a disc while training, minor paralysis, and full paralysis), nothing is more important than your spine.
 
Your diet should come from solid foods not SHAKES. lmao you are going to hurt yourself even more, steroids are best used when you are in the best shape of your life not just coming back from surgery. Godspeed

At least he's willing to talk to me openly agreed even to prescribe test for me based on what he's seen. 4-5 weeks into cycle and I'm pain free. I practice good form. I figure with gains ill have form is most important now. I eat whole foods as well. I meant to get up to 4500 calories I rely on shakes there 1300 calorie shakes. I add fiber and take daily vitamins. We already discussed this my friend. Yes u needed an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) weeks ago. Please tell me u figured up a pct and are obtaining pct material. Otherwise all those gains your making... KApoosh Gone once your off cycle. If u don't pct properly that is
 
I was planning on using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) as well as having my doctor prescribe test injections. Most important to me is the muscle healing itself in my back. My only issue is that muscle had wasted to nothing in 8 years OF METHADONE use. Also test levels plummeted. I feel like new person and my doctor is so impressed that he is helping in ways that he can. Today I had all my hormone levels tested so I don't have to guess. If you could be specific as to what you think I should be on in post cycle therapy (pct) Id really appreciate it. Also if I could replace prop and cyp with sustanon for next part of cycle should I or stay with same bottles are low and I need to decide. Again any help would be appreciated. I didn't jump in half cocked it was stay addicted and afflicted or find another way. Took 6 months to decide. I didn't know it was ever option before.
 
Well I've never used Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or sustanon so my knowledge there is lacking. Maybe one of the other guys could chime in with some experience there. I always use clomid 50mg for four weeks for pct. you could throw some Nolva in there too. 40/40/20/20. Again hopefully some other guys will chime in about the sus and hcg
 
My Buddy just had Spinal Fusion and he is laid up for almost a year, I'm surprised you have enough mobility to gear up and hit the gym.

8 years since surgery. Muscle waste from taking pain pills and not using back muscle. 5 weeks ago pain was something I knew well. now no back pain at all. Got my test scores today from doctor and my total test was 5500. Normal said over 200. How far over normal do you think I am? Any suggestions. My doctor was stumped
 
get on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) meds fast before you're showing off your gorgeous tits!

OP while I appreciate both your honesty and your genuine desire for help, please realize that this is a fucking trainwreck.

3 months in and I feel like I am a new man. I have gained 40 lbs of muscle I'm at gym 2 hours daily except days off. No pain meds at all in fact I'm free of pain. Every goal I had was met and I have 1 month left on cycle. Anyways I'm at peak performance levels now
