First cycle , need to get some advice , and information from people who can help :) !

Hellow guys , i hope u can help me with this :) !

So i want to make first cycle - so test ethanate 250 miligrams per week + methane 50g - how long 8 weeks or 12 ?

I dont know wery much about this all things so dont be guys rude , what i need to do after my cycle PCT , HCG ,tamox ? , i,m litlle bit confused , everybody has they own opinion , so i wanted to hear , what u can tell me.
 
Best thing for you is to read the ology faq's thread. Post your stats too. After reading the sticky, revise your cycle and we can critique it for you...

hey , i want to gain Mass , cuz its just a big problem to me like most of all ectomorph body , and i got some problem with arm left , its not very big deal , the big deal is my mass haha , i,m 25 years old and my weight is around now 76 kg and my height is 1.84 cm ... and i,m training like 4 days at week somtimes 5 days a week :) ! i,m not wery pro , i just train like 1 year , and some couple month , so yeah i want to do this.
 
i,m eating all the time carbs fats protein mass geiner , nothing helps , my weight just dont go up...
 
Maybe look into a diet coach then. Eating protein and carbs all day only works if it is structured. More to it then just shoveling the food in. Look up 3j. He's a diet coach on here and has had a lot of success with members on here...

i donw know really where is problem :) ! i can eat after 20 min and like all day like this , and it's dont give me a samthin...
 
You need to get an idea as to your total caloric intake each day. You need to get a structured diet going by contacting 3j on here or get in touch with a person who is in the nutrition business.

AS I am an ectomorph also the way I gained was my training of course but I ate every two and a half hours. I carried around a small ice chest every where I went or I stopped and got some food as I said every two hours.

In the morning I drank a protein shake after my breakfast Not before. I had one after lunch and again before bed. Sometimes when I got up in the middle of the night I would make a shake. There are some pros and cons as to my shakes but I could not gain and so I am just telling you how I did it.

I was also on gear which helped. know your water weight, and BF% . welcome an good luck

a cycle with a poor or not properly set up nutrition plan is like sitting in a ferrari with no gas in the tank.. sure it feels good to be in there, but youll never get anywhere..

be smart.. i have a free diet advice thread in the diet section if finances are an issue..

EAT then EAT and then....EAT more but get the proper food. Good luck again. Keep us posted frequently. That's our pay off. :wavey:
