Alright gentleman, it's been two years since my shoulder surgery (torn labrum) and I've decided I'm ready for a cycle. Ive been running test at 500mg per week, and I have 7ml of tren A dosed at 75mg/ml, which is 525 mg, sounds low but i got great results from about 75 mg EOD last time. Ive used tren once before and i loved it. So i figured id pop on here and see what the crowd thinks.
After my surgery i lost a solid 20 pounds(down to 180) because i didn't work out for months. Im to the point now where I'm about 5 lbs below(195 now) where i was when at my top weight.

Week 1-10 Test E 500mg per week
Week 2-11 Stane 12.5mg EOD (as necessary)
Week 7-9 Tren A 75mg EOD
And usual Nolva protocol
Caber on hand if needed

Typed this rather fast so don't be angry if i left something out

Just be careful man. I have had 2 surgeries and what happens when you are using gear is that your muscles want more, but your tendons can't handle it. Go slow and if you feel like something isn't right don't go for that extra rep or new max STOP! Live to lift another day! Good luck!

Everybody always wants a full background lol. Tore the labrum building my deck lol.
im 6'2"
One cycle of test e 20ml @ 250 mg
2nd cycle 20 ml test e @ 250mg w/ tren at 100mg ed for three weeks
My goal is strength period. Not looking for a beach bod I just want to move weight.

Captain: I know.... its a constant concern. But my shoulder seems to be holding up better than ever. Im stretching constantly but my shoulders don't sit the same...... When i flex, my left shoulder just does not move to the same position as my right, but it feels good so eh. With more stretching i think ill get there. Maybe ill do another post for that problem

My suggestion get more test; drop tren for NPP/Deca. Will still yield great strength gains but will also help with mobility and connective tissues.
wk 1-16 Test e 500mg/wk
wk 1-17 Deca 350mg/wk

or

wk 1-12 Test P 400mg/wk
wk 1-12 NPP 350mg/wk
