Hey all, first of all want to commend you all for the support you give each other. Was doubtful of this site because of the typical haters that follow along but you all seem to support each others journey.
I have a few questions, and yes I have educated myself but hearing it directly from those who have experienced first hand is invaluable. I'm in my 4th week of my first cycle ever of 500mg Test-E twice a week and just in my last days of my dBol kickstart for 25 days.
A few things I noticed mostly positive but some negative. I'm seeing significant strength increases as my bench/dead and squat are up and confidence to smash PR's are at an all time high. I started the cycle at 195lbs at 6'1 and now 31 years old and after 23 days i'm up to 212lbs a full 17lbs and not even half way through my cycle. I'm not on an AI and not feeling any tenderness or puffiness so not too worried about gyno at this point although will continue to take CycleArmour and an AI for PCT. I'm not worried about the acne or the mood swings as this is obvious with altering hormones in the body.
Now for the negatives....or maybe they are normal...
I am EXTREMELY lethargic and feel like the water retention in the midsection and face is quite significant. Another significant side effect is my lower back pain seems to be getting worse as the cycle goes on.
Prior to the cycle I was at appx 2700 calories and clean eating for over a year so my diet is clean and on cycle I am eating 3500 calories at appx 300g protein, 200 fat and 175 carb.
Basically my question is as follows....after my Dbol kickstart is done will the water retention continue until the end of the cycle? I'm happy with my strength gains but the lethargic feeling is very uncomfortable and the feeling of being fat is shitty....I'm sure there are others who have/or are experiencing this that can shed some light.
Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
