Hey.
I want to start my first cycle, but i won't until everything is cleared to me.
so I'm 22 year old, 170 cm, 71k, about 11% bf, training for almost 3 years.
done blood test, everything is good.

The gear:
testosterone enanthate.
anstrozole / adex.
nolvadex.
clomid.
HcG.

The cycle:
week 1 to 12: test enanthate 500 mg per week (250mg x 2 injections, 3.5 days apart)
week 5 to 12: HcG 500 iu per week (inject with test)
week 1 to 14: adex 0.25 mg eod (more or less as necessary)
week 14 to 18: clomid 50 mg every day
week 14 to 18: nolvadex 40 mg every day for 2 weeks followed by 20 mg every day for the remain 2 weeks

1. What do you guys think about the cycle?
2. Should i change anything?
3. my adex come in 1 mg pills how can i take it? pill cutter or take 1 mg every 3-4 days?
4. Is the HcG a must? how to make it ( how much water )?

Thanks!

I think you should hold off for another 2-3 years man. Let mother nature finish with you first, then you can play with hormones. I have to admit though, you have put some homework in, which hopefully means you'll listen to my advice. ;)

wish i could, Im already deep deep in the shit :), Im pretty big atm (even though 70k is not much, and no i dont have chicken legs, weird stuff

You're weight isn't too bad in relation to your height but I think Halfwit is referring to your age. The younger you are when you cycle the more things that can go wrong be it from young age so your endocrine system is more easily influenced, your body isn't p done growing so you can stunt growth, maturity levels, training and diet might need some work, etc. besides recommending you to wait I will admit you have done a lot of research and have laid out basically the perfect beginner cycle (NO THIS IS NOT TO BE USED AS A RECOMMENDATION TO START SAID CYCLE LOL).

If this is your first cycle, how deep could you possibly be? No offense, but as Doc mentioned, size has absolutely nothing to do with your state of development with regards to your HPTA and endocrine system. Your brain itself is STILL being developed, and AAS can change that chemistry FOREVER. I don't even want to get into all the penis problems you can encounter without having the ability to go on doctor-prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) due to your age. Think about it friend, it's not a light decision to take.

wow that is one scary detail about the brain

I was very tempted to do what you're about to do when I was 18-20. Thank God I didn't bc I see the ppl who did do it and they all regret it bc they went about it the wrong way, they're on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) now for life, they lost almost all their gains, etc. it's not like your goin to lose 100points on your IQ or anything but it can and will affect you in many ways and only some you'll be able to see directly.

No, your system needs to fully mature, which is usually around 25. After that, the risks are very low and recovery comes fast with proper post cycle therapy (pct). Before that, think of it like waiting for paint to dry, it might look good, but if you touch it, it will leave a permanent mark. At 22 you still have a good chance of messing up your system and you might never recover naturally. Go read the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) section and see how many of those guys think it's so awesome that they started 12 years ago instead of 10 years ago. Life is long, and I promise you, when you're 45 and all of your natural hormones are good, you will not be kicking yourself wishing you had started sooner.

Oh, and the cycle is close, but definitely needs a little work. Come back in a few years and we'll tell you what to change.

I'm sorry to say this, but could you please show me some evidence where someone's brain has been chemically changed due to AAS use? Thanks in advance.

By 'Brain' he means the hypothalamic***8211;pituitary***8211;gonadal axis. Go ask this question in the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forum. There's a lot of guys there that started too early and paid the price. If you shut down the system before it's fully developed, you can cause permanent damage that you cannot recover from. Again, don't take my word for it, ask the guys on TRT.

And what is this damage? You become less intelligent? You don't become more intelligent? You don't mature? What are the damages please? Thanks in advance.

It's not that kind of brain damage, it's the pituitary gland and the part that regulates hormone production. Your nuts make test, but only when your brain tells them to. The whole HPG axis and LH hormone thing is beyond my understanding, but suffice it to say, the whole process of your body deciding how much of which hormones it needs is surprising complicated, even just signaling to make more is way more complicated than I though it would be. A lot of compounds, especially over the counter ones, try to trick some part of this system and cause you to naturally over produce some hormones. They work as well as they work, but nothing will trick your system into making the equivalent of pinning 500mg of test. When your system sees that, it thinks it fucked up and tells everything to stop producing until the levels go back to normal. If that whole system is still developing when it's shut down, it has a much harder time recovering, and for some, it never comes back, at least not all the way. By the way, that's also kind of how Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) works, it mimics what your brain would send out to tell your nuts to do something. This just kind of keeps them awake while you're on cycle so they don't shrink and helps them recover much faster than they would otherwise.

That's a really good informed reply man. Thanks, I really appreciate it. Health should always come first.

still got lot of questions without answer :S

Bc not many ppl on here want to recommend cycles to someone your age due to the reasons halfwit mentioned.

1) the cycle looks pretty good for a 1st cycle

2) you should wait a few years to fully develop yourself and study more so you realize the risks inherent in AAS use IMO.

3) if you take 1mg do it every week but this will cause spikes in the concentration and you might have a few days where you'll feel achy or lethargic/depressed before it gets metabolized into more advantageous dosages. It's better to split the pills into halves or quarters and take e3d or EOD respectively.

4) HCG isn't a must IMO but very close to but opinions vary. What it will do is help recovery recovery, preserve your endogenous test production, stave off testicualr atrophy, etc. it's certainly not a bad idea to include in almost any cycle. Mix it with anywhere from 2-5ml bac water and pin it with slin pin. Depending on how much bac water you use will dictate how many marks in the slin pin you'll need for whatever dose you decide. Also you don't mention if you want to cruise on it during cycle or blast before PCT as this will vary the dosing recommendations as well.

Again my first piece of advice is to wait and work on your diet some more. You're not a taller person but even so I'm sure you can up your weight and lbm more naturally all while studying the repercussions and benefits of early use more.

Looks like you have had some great advice. We only say this because we have been around the block a few times. With that being said, I started AAS at 19 years old. Knowing what I know now, I would have waited until I was at least 25. My metabolism was fine and I was pretty shredded but I just couldn't put on mass to save my life. The problem was my diet and my training program. Looking back, now I realize that. Look, you are young. You theoretically should have good test levels and should be banging chicks with no problem. I would enjoy your natural ride a little longer. There are concerns to be worried about. I had to get on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at 27 years old and I am on it for life. Besides that, once I started messing with gear, it really jacked up a lot of my other hormones such as thyroid, cortisol, estrogen, testosterone levels, etc. A lot of guys are lucky to not have issues but once you encounter them, they are hard to balance. The absolute best thing you could do is get a diet plan from 3J. Invest in his services and trust me on that. Follow his plan and you would look a lot better than guys who cycle and don't diet properly. So in that sense view your strict diet and training as a cycle because food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body. Also get on a good lifting program like the 5X5 or Jim Wendlers 531 program and you will grow nicely along with your diet. Good luck.
