Im kind of new at this and was just wondering on about a few things that could help me.
Ive been training for about 4 months 5 days a week each session max 1 hour and a half. I train with a mait of mine.
Im 6" and a half inch
weight at 77kg
I had lost 35kg, i used to weigh in at 112kg, But i didnt loose this goin to the gym... i started gym 4months ago because im skinny now n have excess skin or fat on my chest n lower stomach (not ALOT) so i wanted a fast way to increase in mass and look really good at the same time, i have noticed alot of changes in this 4 months of changing im actually quite happy with the results so far.... im no where near my goal though.. and i think or beleive that doing this cycle could bring me just that bit closer.
This would be my first cycle if i follow it through, ive never done any anabolic steroid or test no gear at all.
i just would like to clear some facts up if someone could help us out
Ive heard some information about taking anti- estrogen pills to stop from forming breasts, Also eating high protein induced foods every 2 hours, but not massive meals? low carbs but high carbs in the morning? do some cardio before training to get that leaner look? and also if someone could give me their opinion on my training program.
ABBS MONDAY - FRIDAY 3Sets 12Reps Leg Raises - 2Sets 50Reps Sit Ups
MONDAY - Chest and Triceps
TUESDAY - Legs
WEDNESDAY - Back/ Biceps(Not too hard)
THURSDAY - Shoulders/Traps
FRIDAY - Biceps/Triceps
All my exercises are in 3 sets and some of them vary between lowest 8 max 10 Rarely 12
Currently all i do is drink protein after, followed buy a high protein food, i eat eggs everyday or oatmeal, but i dont eat enough i eat like max 4 times a day on a good day... i need to eat more (I KNOW) in smaller portions im assuming, but more frequently?
