Hi fellas, finally commited to jumping onto a cycle. After reading & asking around I've come to the conclusion that 500mg of test E would be the best to kick things of as I don't want to smash my liver with orals & don't want to jab EOD.
Main things I want from this cycle are strength, recouperation, lean muscle & lean up a little.
My training is more based on Muay Thai rather than full out body building so I guess needs to be a little more tailored. my biggest issue is I don't put on to much water weight so I can stick close to my fight weight which is why I'm also looking into an anti aromatase (which would suit best)
Training is as follows:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday:
60-70% of my one rep max 5-6 reps x 3 sets.
Dumbell press
Curls
Shoulder press
Calf raises
Squats
Rows (with towel at the end of a barbell)
Dead lifts
Abs
1.5 hours of hard sparring & grappling.
Sure it's not a routine that most of you would use but.......
All these are done in an explosive manner to target fast twitch fibres.
Tuesday:
Hill sprints or intervals
pad/technique work, grappling & abs
Thursday:
Circuit:
Battle ropes
Stair sprints
Clapping push up burpees
Bag throws
Step up knees on bench
Static chin ups
Slam ball
Saturday or Sunday: long run or cycle.
Getting closer to a fight I drop the weights & do more cardio + stair sprints or skipping at lunch.
Diet is pretty good, except for 2-3 weeks coming of a fight (it's all on the table)
Breaky: protein shake, banana & whole meal or rye toast
Mid morn: banana or apple
Lunch: tuna or chicken with mixed fresh veggies or steamed vegies (on the odd occasion maybe some rice or pasta) apple & some nuts
Mid arvo: protein shake & some rice thins or ryvitas
Dinner (after traing) whatever the boss makes, usually lean meat & vegies/salad just not a full portion.
Stats:
Age:34
Height: 175
Weight: fight at 69kg but walk around at 74-75kg
BF%: 12-16% respectively ^^^^^
Won't be fighting for the next 10 weeks or so as my wife is almost due so figure now would be a good time to see how I go with water weight & sides.
Will need direction on PCT, seems most people are doing similar things but just want to make sure.
Have I missed anything? Either way any feedback would be great
