First time cutting using clen

So i did a test e 500mg a week for 10 weeks my first cycle about a year ago, i was very happy with my results (from 160-188) So i gained and kept quite abit of muscle. So summer is comming up and i want to cut some fat off ( im currently about 13% bf) and i wonna try clen + test e again. What should my diet look like? and would i still gain muscle and get cut at the same time or how would combing the 2 work. Sorry im a newby with this gear stuff, but hey im trying to learn
 
Aproximately 70% from your ration should be: fruits, vegetables, complex carbs (cereals) and around 30% - protein nutrition.
Do not fry, eat boiled or steams food. It's the simpliest diet.
