'Fish Out of Water', Noob here!

Hello

Thank you for taking time to read my post. I'm a middle aged female, happily married, no children. I've recently realize that I AM going to need extra help getting weight off than just 'eating less calories and walking'. Body Builders, IMO, know the most about physiology and biology and the proper use of enhancements for optimizing fat loss and maximizing good health.

Last year we joined Nutri System, lost about 40 pounds each, paused it for holidays and now we're back on. I've finally convinced my husband to try B Complex lipotropic injections and various herbs. Today he was shocked at how much he had lost in only one week. I've been injecting him and myself 1ml every 3 days and taking Kelp, green super food protein shakes in the mornings. I'm remarkably great at injecting. This time our B complex lipotropic is dark, a bit thick and stings a lot more than the last 30ml vial. This is from a different manufacturer than the first order.

I'm here for any advice and camaraderie I can find amongst you experienced guys!

PS I'm reading your thread now on this "Thermogenesis, Thermogenic's and fat burning *Must read* " !! Woooot!

My husband is a nerdy engineer and skeptical of enhancements, but he is seeing it work on him so HA, perhaps we can even try rotate various methods when I learn more!! TY again for reading!

Diet and cardio is the only help you need. And eating less calories is good too but its also the quality of the food. 1500 calories of bullshit is not the same as 1500 calories of chicken and fish. You should also be doing more then just walking. HIIT is the best and lifting is also an important roll as well..
 
your diet will play the leading factor in your goals..

are you still using the nutrisystem?
