hate to burst your bubble brother, but this cycle is fucked up and has no impact on estrogen in regards to the Deca. It will however prolly increase your estrogen based on the up/down action you are creating by shooting the Cyp once every 2 weeks. Deca produces very little estrogen anyway, some say 20% or less of Test.

Either way, the half life of Cyp is 5-7 days, so once a week would be minimum, but twice weekly is best. Deca has a half life of like 12-15 days. So once a week is best. What you are doing is definitely creating an ebb and flow of sorts... with your blood serum levels.

For example, lets look at the test shots, using 7 days as the half life:

Day 1 - 400mg injected

Day 7 - 200mg (left in system)

Day 14 - 100mg (left in system), 400mg injected

Day 28 - 0mg (left from first shot) + 100mg (left from last shot) = 100, 400mg injected

Day 42 - 100mg (total left in system), 400mg injected

Day 56 - 100mg (total left in system), 400mg injected

And so on. See, the purpose of doing multiple, over-lapping shots each week with Cyp is to maintain your blood serum levels at the injected weekly dosage. In this case 400mg. But what you are doing is making your blood serum levels go wayyyyy up and wayyyyy down because you are not over-lapping them. Same goes for the Deca.

You do what you like, but the way you are doing it, and the idiot who wrote whatever book you read, is the wrong way to do things IMO.

the author is well known to most proffesionals and unlike others bases his work on the bloodwork of many hundreds of athletes that he has trained over the years including a few of the current top ten. did im mention he went from 152lbs to 245lbs in 3 years and is now in his 40s at a weight of 265lbs at 9% not only does he talk the talk he walks it.......ohhh and "brother"if you did some research youd no decas half life is the same as cyp.....not 12-14 days as you state.....and no my estrogen levels arent increased as you state in fact there fine....the deca is at this stage mediating the rise in estrogens i usually get from taking test cyp..........imho you should spend a bit more time reading a post before offering your opions.....dont be afraid of things that are different....i see so many people ripping on other peoples cycles because there different from the ones people have been doing for the last twenty years .....there is new research and new ways of doing things and for you guys out there that want to look the information is freely available in chemical muscle enhancement 1&2 (building the perfect beast) by author l.rea. he also runs a very good supplement company called alri.....

First off, overlapping two hormones that do totally different things is NOT keeping your blood serum levels in the manner that I am talking about. When you have peaks and valleys in your test levels, as you do, the sides can become increasingly worse. It doesn't matter, your posts sound more like plugs for this guy at this point, so its moot.

As for Deca smartguy... here you go. I put it in Big pretty red letters in case you missed it. Still think its the same as CYP??? And thats NADROLONE DECANOATE. Douchebag!

why didn't you just stick with a test only cycle? I understand that you encounted problems during and post cycle last time, but why not try and fix those problems by using anti e's etc that will help combat the bloat and by running a proper PCT.

I think you have done the wrong thing by jumping into another cycle and using deca along with test.

What are you hoping to gain from this cycle? If you are after mass I would increase your daily calories as well. How many cycles have you done before and what were your results like?

thats a lot of different gear you have used. Honestly man, i would go right back to basics and just do a real simple cycle.

Maybe something like 250-350 test per week for 8-12 weeks. It is way better to start of small and see how your body reacts, before you start fucking around with all the other different types of AAS

that statement can't make any sense... The more carbons attached to an ester chain (decanoate ester having 10, and cypionate having 8) the more you increase the compounds partition coefficient (ratio of solubility in oils/fats compared to water). This means that the nandrolone is released from its carrier (oil) to be metabolized at a slower rate on account of a longer ester. Not trying to hate bro it just kiinda makes sense. Anyways, have fun lifting bro and train hard!
 
I don't want to be hating on you, but honestly man you need to get your diet in check before you even begin thinking about doing another cycle.

If your metabolism is really fast and you are working in a really labour intense job, then you really need to beef up your daily calories. Not just from protein but heaps of carbs and fats too. I know you have been trying to eat superclean, but you need to start eating more, A LOT MORE!!

What are your goals? Do you want to get huge and look like a BB or are you just trying to put on a couple of kilos. If the latter is the case, you probably don't even need to be on the gear, just keep eating
 
basically double whatever you were eating (calorie wise) prior to hitting the weights, including about 400g of protein.

there are better people on this board to help you with diet. Check out some of the stickies in the diet forum and also some of the PL guys in the training forum

If you are getting gains thats great! I know that majority of the time when I am not making gains( either size or strength) it is because of my diet
 
since upping my calories im getting steady gains on the scales and in the gym...
my bench continues to climb virtually every week....ive gained nearly 11 pounds in just under a month....im happy with the results so far ......my training is going well....
 
another week of training and eating ended today and starts all over again tommorow..
im at the half way point with 11 lbs gained so far....my training is going well with leg training resulting in me almost throwing up....my lifts are all up but i need to work on my form....im still after years of training struggling to find the mental focus required to make every workout one of maximum effort..concentrating on every rep instead of just lifting a number....some days i pull it together and those are the days that keep me going....but as a whole ill have one of those workouts once a week not 3 times
as i would like......i guess itll come with more time in the gym.....ive made the mental link to various muscles and i can pound those suckers till they scream.....but my back for instance is one area of muscle that ive yet to connect with and trulyt learn how to punish......i guess i just need to be patient.............as far as the cycle goes its really good for what it is (low dose ) ive suffered no sides ,gyno mood swings acne etc
ive had to work harder on this cycle as you dont have that shear drive of weekly test shots.......the deca is great it increases my protein uptake to a huge extent and has made for pain free workouts.....overall im very happy with the results/side effects part of the cycle.....ive had moderate gains and no sides....i also have no noticeable loss of sex drive/libido or atrophy in fact the boys are as big and ripe as ever....
 
ive had a huge week of work so far already knocking up 32 hours in 3 days ......
its been super hot and humid here and the heat has been taking it out of me....
ive also had a bout of the mid cycle blues just a general feeling of dissatisfaction...
i didnt really feel like going to the gym tonite but as usual my gf (god bless her)
said her favourite line she always uses when im trying to skip out.....so i went tired as hell and not that enthused about going ....get there run in to a few of the boys get physked to train....warmed up and then just started absolutely smashing it on all my lifts....i go heavy on all my exercises with good form ......i felt great my skin was bursting with blood and i got the maddest pump ever....cooled down stretched and went home.......mid cycle blues gone .........i walk in my front door and gf says see i told you youd feel better...........
 
well im coming to the end of my cycle....its day 41 of the 58 day cycle
i took a break from the gym and spent 5 days just eating and resting .........ive been working super hard and it definately impeded my progress not anymore ive finished work and start back at the gym tonite.......im going to really focus on training eating and sleeping for the last 17 days and of course the 30 after that ........
ive enjoyed running a shorter cycle as i believe ill be able to keep my intensity high during post cycle therapy (pct) ......ill be running a very basic post cycle therapy (pct) after this cycle.......followed up by some bloodwork.......once im all clear i plan on doing two more bulkers then one long cutting cycle leading into summer.......my goal is simple 105-110kg ripped for summer..........
my starting weight this year was 95kg in a mere 41 days im up to 105kg thats a 22lb gain......sure my bf is up and im still holding water but im very happy with the results...
it was also a very lo dose cycle ....proof i think that inividuals below there genetic potential dont need crazy amounts of gear.....less than 500mg a week .......
 
well ive had another good session in the gym .....hit an all time high on the bench.....
im still growing im on holidays so have spent the days just training eating swimming and sleeping......my weights up again.......im am starting to get a little atrophy
and im at an interesting point in my cycle ......ive made way better gains than i thought i would....and im thinking i should come off now .....ive reached above my goal .....i dont think two more weeks will make much more of a difference.....i still havent made up my mind......should i go for the extra gains or should i concentrate on a good pct......??????.........
 
ive decided to finish my cycle a little early ........ill start post cycle therapy (pct) in a few days
im going to run a nolvadex only post cycle therapy (pct) for about four weeks........get my bloodwork done and get ready for the next cycle.......im going for one more bulker......ill post final stats once ive finished post cycle therapy (pct) ........ :startrek:
 
pct starts today ,i got some bloodwork done today nothing major just the general health indicators ,liver function,hdl/ldl , etc.......the water weight is starting to come off my physique looks a lot harder...i had a good training session yesterday still lifting heavy....i did notice my intensity and recovery were down a little.......as to be
expected ....im just doing straight sets now ive dropped the heavy negs and drop sets etc........anyway ill post blood results and final stats in the next month.........and that ll be it for this log ......in a few weeks ill start phase 2.........the classic deca dbol stack re-jigged in much the same manner as this cycle was constructed.........
 
my post cycle therapy (pct) is going very well ,ive lost most of the water and due to the anti estrogen my physique is hardening up....the scales have also gone up just a little while my bodyfat has gone down.......my training yesterday is also going well....the thought of losing even one pound of muscle post cycle keeps my intensity high.....i do feel very tired after the workouts as my recovery is down ...i also take a lot more time to warm up just to be on the safe side.
i spend a bit more time stretching post workout to......
since i ran such a short cycle im doing a very basic post cycle therapy (pct) with a bit more of a holistic approach (this is not a reccommendation...but it is so far working for me) nolvadex tapering from 40mg to 10 mg over 3-4 weeks 20mg am 20mg pm ........vitamin c 1000mg 3 times daily .........high potency zinc supplement 2ml morning and 2ml night......creatine 5-10g on an empty stomach am....glucosamine pm...(and most important of all ) keeping the calories and protein high......
 
one week into pct.....so far so good i kept my intensity and focus in the gym had absolutley no problems with my last 4 workouts ....till today ,just had no energy and had to really struggle to bang out the reps.......and when i was finished i felt exhausted .....went home and recharged and feel fine......
i havent lost any weight in fact ive put on about 5kg my bodyfat is definately up.......its freaking me out a bit because the scales just keep going up .....
due to my sedentary lifestyle ...ive cut back on the carbs .....and am trying to clean my diet up.....its hard after youve been force feeding yourself for ten weeks (and eating junk food to)......all the water weight is off me now and theres a nice layer of new muscle underneath........i have suffered a few days of emotional instability as my hormones get back to normal...........
now for the best part ive suffered no loss of sex drive ......my last long cycle resulted in me being impotent for a month with another month of hormonal hell........not this time i was a lot better prepared......my cycle construction had a lot to do with it to .....while different from the excepted norm it worked very well while limiting the negatives sides ive experienced in the past
im very happy with my results/experienced gained........i get my results from bloodwork tommorow so ill post any abnormalities.....then thatll be it...start preparing assembling the next cycle...............keep lifting
