Food intolerances - Carbs for shakes alternatives ideas, please!

As the subject suggests, I'm having problems as a result of eating the same foods for too long. I developed this problem last year and switched things up. It's time to do it again. I'm feeling nauseous after oats, waxi maize starch, maltodextrin etc. and would love some input on easy forms that I can throw in shakes. My main form of carbs during the day come from basmati rice and sweet potato. No issues here. I switched to buckwheat flour in shakes for a while but was not a fan. I'm almost certain I've researched as much as I can, but there's always that someone who throws their two cents in and it makes all the difference. So please, any ideas?

Granola, peanut butter, fruit, milk?

I've never had granola, at least I don't think. I had to Google it! It could be an option. Looks like it's loaded with sugar or "honey". I'll give it a go, boys.

Thanks Dre. I'll get my search on!

My favorite 'popular/chain brand' is "Bear Naked" I believe it's called. You'll also find some really good natural granola from smaller sellers or brand names. You cancer it flavored or plain, with dried fruit such as cranberries, raisins, etc. Mix it with milk or in a shake, eat it dry, use it as a topping on ice cream or deserts, cut up your own fresh fruit and mix them together. Lots of options brother!
