Food!!!!

Exluding grease and fried foods, what is the best way to prepare meat and eggs that will retain its protein but leave out extra fat/crap. ie. Are eggs better boiled scrambled?? is meat better baked, grilled.???????

I assume you're talking about the grill?
 
The George Foreman grill is a great way to cook your beef, chicken etc. without all the grease!
In terms of eggs, it doesn't matter if you scramble them, boil them, it's all good. Just use a nonstick pan for scrambling them or spray it with some pam or something instead of using butter.

george foreman has a grill ?? :p

yeah, foreman grill is quick and easy to use.. does my chicken breast in 8-10 mins :D
