So Frag is an interesting peptide. I just went through 20mg of it in about 2 weeks. I did my first bottle at about 500mcg a day, 250 in the morning before breakfast and before my cardio, i would do cardio on an empty stomach. Then i would take it before my night time cardio on an empty stomach as well. Id take a no carb protein shake before i went to sleep as well.
I am on clen, t3, Winstrol (winny) tabs, tren ace, masteron, test prop, and a ton of vitamins and minerals. I have never felt better in my life.
But the hgh frag i could tell almost made my skin feel paper thin. I was on the frag before starting my masteron and Winstrol (winny), to make sure i was lean enough before starting these to end my cycle in about 6 weeks.
I personally like the frag, although it almost made me semi hungrier, or else i just wasnt in ketosis quite yet.
I like it, but it isnt some amazing fat burner that is going to just melt off all your fat in one cycle. I think you should be on frag year round if you really want to see the results.
My second bottle i was doing 1000mg a day, and i noticed a better amount of fat and water reduction on my bottom two abs. My veins are completely out on them now, 8 pack is in finally ha.
I like frag though, but dont expect over night, it goes real well with cardio, feels nice and tight after.
