Okay,
I made mistakes before from bad deciscions on first time gear and poor diet.
This time I am starting out fresh and what I mean by fresh is losing body fat and gaining strength before gearing up. The only problem I have is I can never lose belly and chest fat even with a good diet. My nips are fatty (not biach titts) and cardio with low weights and high reps dont seem to help with this stubborn fat.
My curent stats
* 5'9
* 177lbs
* BF % ?? maybe 24%
Any ideas?
I tried burning more caloried then consumed but always felt fatigue. I tried doing more cardio then weights but lost muscle.
As of right now my goal is to lose the weight and start fresh.
I have Mex Clen and Winstrol (winny) but not sure if I should take it now or wait,
