Fried Eggs?

I know generally anything fried is a nono. But if it's fried in olive oil then it seems like an egg is an egg? So would the fried eggs be a nono for a diet?
For example: For breakfast I had 3 fried eggs in EVOO, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, and some cottage cheese

just because its olive oil doesnt mean its calorie-less. its still a fat, granted, a healthy fat but in excess your body wont have much use for that many calories. so fats should be limited in my opinion or taken in later in the day without carbs.

Yeah I realize that. Not something i'm gonna eat every breakfast but occasionally is what I was thinking. Thx for the input.
