Lately their have been a ton of guys coming to the site asking what steroids to take. Once we dig a lil deeper its painfully obvious that not only are they not dieting correctly for their goals, but they have no idea of some of the things they should always be taking.
I got the following 4 things for $150 bucks and im really excited to try them.
GEAR
Muscle Replenisher
Whey To Build Muscle
Need 2 Sleep
The reason I chose these is because they are like the basics, you should have. The protein is a must before and after workout. the muscle replenisher has everything you need for pre/post workout. The gear is an awesome way to get added protein to your diet-which you will def need on a cycle. I also have a hard time sleeping on cycle, thats why i wanted to get some of the need2sleep.
the links i posted gives you all the info you will need about each product. Besides a good multi, vitamins C and a good B complex vitamin I think this set-up pretty much covers the basics.
I plan on taking the gear Morning and Night. Im gonna do the whey before and after workout along with the replenisher. The need2sleep before bed obviously. I like my shakes before and after workout-if i eat too big before a deadlift or squat day-their is a legitimate chance i will shit my pants. So the shake keeps my light before.
