gear on hold for now !!!!!! DIET HELP PLEASE

i decided to put the gear on hold for now !
sounds like i need some diet help my BF% is around 20%-25% never really checked

i was warned about side effects if your fat no GEAR !

so i need some help with diet

right now

meal 1 8am 2 bannans protine shake
meal 2 10am eggs back bacon potatos
workout
meal 3 noon protine shake fruit
meal 4 3pm tuna or turkey veg
meal 5 6pm steak or chicken or fish rice salad
meal 6 8-9pm tuna or turkey sandwich

i have been neglecting my cardio :newbie:

so some help PLEASE PLEASE i would like to be around 15%bf asap

skip the bacon. instead of bananas for breakfast i would have 1/2 cup of oats.

I dont think you need 6 meals 4 should more than cover your needs.

have just veggies, meat and olive oil for dinner.

so how is your cardio and training now?

and how much of the food are you eating??
 
after workout a mix of protein and carbs should be taken in. some do shakes and that is fine fruit is also ok. If cutting down i prefer rice and tuna or chicken.
