how do you now when you hit it????



on my last two cycle i have tried to eat more and train more and do ever thing else i think of ,but i can not get over my 230 mark, i have gone up to 242 before ,and went right back down again ,and the 2nd cycle i went up to 245 and ,went back down to 230 mark again

what gives with this guys?????????????????

now even my max on the dam bench press gone up i have tried every program to move it all from flex mag. and menfitness and iron mag.

Your answer may just be in the above sentence: TRAIN MORE"...How many sets/times per week are you training each body part?
Are you doing the same routine for months on end without switching up and incorporating shock methods to induce growth? I got stuck mysell UNTIL I backed off on the intensity and times/wk I was training each bodypart.
