So i have been eating 4,000 calls a day for the past month after my cycle, currently on pct and eating 500 more calls although i lost water weight my muscle mass is still the same, but it's making me mad b/c i'm not gaining anymore weight and i feel i'm eating my ass off? do most people not gain weight until there next cycle? i've never been over 213 lbs at 9% bf i'm 5ft 11 i did put on 70 lbs in 2 years but i'm still not pleased with my results... any motivation ideas?
