getting to my goal weight without getting sloppy

I am banned!
i am currently 6'4" and 210 i am leaning on the ectomorph side.i am stronger than my size.i am pretty lean maybe 18 to 20 percent body fat.nothing phenomenal.i eat around 4000 to 5000 calories a day,with 200 + grams of protein.i have a really fast metabolism and it is hard to put on mass.i just get stronger.i eat allot of eggs ,chicken ,buffalo ,lean turkey,steak .veggies,rice,potato etc .i need some advice on some healthy meals to gain some solid weight.
 
18-20% bodyfat isnt lean, not by a long shot, its fat for bodybuilding

whats ur cycle like and show some pics

you should NOT be bulking with that fat%, always get shredded and then grow lean
 
i have some pics in my album,maybe a little less than that a estimate high.but i have 18 weeks of test e 600 mg 10 weeks of npp 450 mg week 1-3 dbol 50 mg week 4-6 anadrol 50 mg and i have a bottle of prop for a kick too.i have 10,000 iu hcg and i have aromasin as well.i also have 100 pills of raloxifene and the normal nova and clomid for pct.my last cycle was test e 500 mg for 14 weeks with 500 mg of eq and a kick with turanibol.when ever i cycle i gain about 8 pounds but i get cut fast even if i eat junk.everyone tells me its my metabolism.the ralox is something someone suggested to take because of the dbol.oh and i have a shit load pof caber..25 e3d.
 
That is a lot of gear! I am new to cycling, so I am using very little. :) Watching this log, work it brother!
