give me a diet straight up..

i need a diet to follow, im not bulking, but im not trying to get on 30 carbs a day, id say like 120-150 carbs a day with somewhere around 170-200g protein (im 210 lbs) and ill be on winstrol saturday. just a healthy diet.
im sure its got to be close to 5 or 6 meals a day so break it up into
7am
1030am
2pm
530pm
900pm
or something like that, you dont need to list the carbs and calories just give me a meal plan, once i get on it ill post up all the cals and protein and let people critique it

2. protein Shake + EFAs
3. Chicken Breast + Veggies

Post workout Shake
4. Chicken/Tuna/Fish + Veggies + Yam
5. Protein Shake + Nat PB

Id have to agree. looks good. I would personally opt for a casein protein before bed(cottage cheese) along with a form of EFAS(flax or fishoil caps). If you can get a whole food in meal 2 that might be even better, remeber it takes your body energy to digest foods(thermogenisis).. protein and veggies at this meal.

I might also add that if you are 210lbs, 170-200g protein is not near enough for you. Ideally I would shoot for 1.5g/lb of bodyweight. To do this increase the amounts at meals, or since I noticed you were eating every 3.5 hours, cut it back to 2.5-3 and get another small meal in there! ;) gotta keep that furnace(metabolism) going!
 
You should definitely be taking in a minimum of 210g of protein per day. I would suggest higher, but if you aren't use to taking in that much protein, start with 200g divided amongst your six meals and then gradually increase it. Just be sure that you are drinking between one and two gallons of water per day.(especially being on the Winny)
You should have no trouble eating 6 meals a day. :)

Looks good. Meal one: I would say 8 egg whites along with the oatmeal.
Meal two: Protein shake looks good here.(add one tablespoon of flax oil for your EFA's) I prefer the oil over the caps cuz you have to take far too many capsules to get the proper amount of EFA's.
Meal three: I would throw a potato or some rice in here along with the chicken breast and veggies.
Meal four: Post workout shake(make sure you add 50-100g of dextrose in here)
Meal five:chicken/tuna/fish, yam and veggies works well here.
You may even want to take another shot of flax oil
Meal Six: either a shake or as Jen suggested cottage cheese would work here as well.

I would also suggest eating every 2 1/2 hours. You will notice that while using AS, you will get far more hungry than normal. I know I was always hungry!:)
 
you should read about what times to eat what. becoming educated is alot better than just havin ppl help you, because then you can make educated spur of the moment decisions on what to eat if you need to, and you know how to maintain, cut, or bulk. good luck man.
