Gluten Free/Lactose Free Bulk Diet

Like the title says... Guys that are gluten intolerent and lactose intolerant, What does your diet look like while bulking?

Right now i'm following a high protein 180-200g's, high fats 160-220g's, low carbs 10-30gs. I'm not really gaining any muscle.. which sucks because i'm 6'3" 181bs. I would like to pack on 10-15lbs of muscles over the next 12-24 months but right now my diet is holding me back.

I eat a lot of smaller meals like... 6-8oz chicken breast, two boiled eggs, half alvacado, one squash. I'm considering adding one or two shakes into my diet. One immediately upon waking and one post work out. Also thought of trying 5g's of leucine before every other meal.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answered some of you q in the other thread. Why are you not eating carbs while trying to bulk? Plently of gluten free carbs!
Oats
Quinoa
Brown rice
Sweet potatoes

Lower your fats and up your carbs and you will probably see a difference. Having your fat grams nearly match your protein intake is really...ummmm, high, high in fat.

Also, as you read, you may notice many bulking diets are naturally gluten free. Scroll down in this section to a post from Cashout. It's titled "my grocery cart for 2 weeks". Look at his avi, then read his list.
Sorry can't link the post-I'm on my phone.

Hope that helps!

*Cashout, not trying to say you are bulking, cutting, or maintaining specifically as I don't know, but your grocery list was a recent read of mine and your avi speaks for itself. Hope you don't mind me reffering the poster to your thread and using you as an example :)

I just feel better with the higher fat intake, It really helps with my energy, asthma, ADD, allergies. Everyone tells me it's so bad for my health to eat high fats but my doc said my bloods looked great.

I guess what i'm going to try is no carbs during the day, Eat some quinoa pre work out with my meal, then try sweet potatoe post work out with my meal.
