I eat a couple of yolks but I just plain refuse to eat 8 yolks a day. been doing it for long time now at 210lbs so not really in the league of pilates pussy. lol

i eat 12 egg yolks ED....6 of which are raw...

besides they make these wonderful things called "Egg Whites" in cartons or if you eat enough of them, just bust out and purchase a 10lb tub of pasterized, freezed dried powdered egg whites, or if you prefer snot buy the tubs of pure egg whites.
