Hey everyone. I have been putting off the thigh shots, due to pussy factor for a while now. Megatron, you are the reason I am going for the thigh shot, and your constant pushing for me to do it is what did it...thank you. (:

I hope this goes well. lol

I'm mainly posting this because i'm nervous as hell about the thigh...I have no idea why though. Just seems like it is more sensitive than the glute or delt.

Gratz for trying! May be for the first time it seems more sensitive. You'll get used to it shortly!

2 months ago I just about passed out while getting a blood test ... ghost white, sweating and had to lie down after it was done. I have had an irrational fear of needles my entire life.

Yesterday I jabbed one of those things into my stomach and did my first self injection.

You can do it ... and it'll be fine.

Ok, it's done! Nothing I should of been worrying about.

I have to say, delts and quads are now my favorite!

Thanks for the encouragement fellas.

You will probably be a little sore there in the next day or two, but that is to be expected with virgin muscle. I am glad to hear it went well.

Thighs are definitely my favorite. I always have more PIP in delts and never any in thighs. Think it's because I'm able to use both hands to aspirate then inject.

i always do thigh but today im having issues..first spot i had trouble depressing the plunger..it would barely move for some reason...second spot i think i hit a nerve..ouch!got half of it in but skittish about a third pin after the first two went sour

sometimes the plunger can get "stuck". I posted a while back about 1ml syringes sticking...however, I believe it's just something to watch out for, and can happen to any syringe. You need to be aware of how the plunger is working because sometimes it can get "stuck" and make it hard to aspirate, and plunge.
