Good Bulk diet?

Hi, i just wanna know if this diet should be good for a clean bulk.
My stats: 68kg, 172cm, 10%BF
BMR: 2650

Déjeuner:

4teasp brown sugar (0FAT / 18CARB / 0PROT)

(I'm not drinking shake for now. I keep the shake for my cycle so i'll include 2whey shake/day + 1casein before bed)

So, critique this diet please, i need advice! Thanks buddy!
 
make that brown sugar honey.. and add a slow digesting protein.. yes u have milk there but ur not gonna get enough from milk u'd have to drink alot of it... cottage cheese?? better yet, lean beef??
 
Humm i don't really know what i can eat PWO so far...
Cottage chesse i'm not able... Allegro too...

I can eat a tspn of peanut butter?
Slice of bread?
What else? I don't really want to start cooking a beef or anything else...
 
And overall is OK?
600 over is OK to have a clean Bulk?
I'll not take too much FAT?

I'm training 6x/week
 
600 over is good.. your not taking in too much fat your right about at that 40/40/20 split.. great for bulking.. u can do the peanut butter... that digests slower then what u got going on
