Good complex carbs.

So far I have beans, and lentils for a complex carb source, and fruit for my simple carbs. What else is a good complex carb while cutting?

Id limit my intake of fruit while cutting
great choices include as you mentioned, lentils/beans, old fashioned oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes/yams, and TONS of fiberous veggies!!!
 
I'd get rid of the fruit as well when cutting. I normally just stick to oats, potatoes and lots of green veggies!:)
