What is some of your favorite foods you eat that are high in calories(not from fat either). I'm tired of eating the same old shit....like to see some new varieties..
 
if your bulking, aim to keep it as clean as possible. a good balance of complex carbs, proteins and healthy fats should get your calories up.
check out the bulking foods sticky at the top of the forum for some ideas.
 
Once a week I´ll eat roast beef and home made potatoe sallad. Usually 350 gram of roast beef and 300 gram of potatoe sallad. That is rougly 822 kcal.

Protein: 84 gram. = 336 kcal = E% 41
Carbs: 54 gram = 216 kcal = E% 26
Fat: 30 gram = 270 kcal = E% 33

I could make the potatoe sallad a little lighter but it is on my cheat day so I think it is ok.
