I'm currently taking clen and was wondering if I added a guggul/T3 product, ephedrine HCl, and some extra caffeine, would that help?? Something like Cuts, Lipo-6, or maybe San's Tight and T3?? I gotta drop some weight...I've been reading posts and reviews for the past coupla days, but I'm burned out from school, so my brain in malfunctioning right now...so please excuse me if this seems like a stupid question...I try to keep my calories under 1500 (balanced diet...trying not to supplement with protein, although being a vegetarian, it seems necessary to do so), do at least 1.5hrs cardio a day (including running 2-4 miles)...and weight train 3-4 days a week...I'm at 169, 23% BF...solid muscle base, but way too much fat for my liking...My logic tells me I'm overtraining and not getting enough...but my irrational side just says "Lose weight!!"
