got another question for you fyre

i estimated my totals for the diet that we made and i got.....2600 cals, 80g Fat, 256g Pro, and 260g of Carbs. I don't think this is enough food and I think i could eat more, do u have any suggestions for good foods that I could add in?
 
I agree that you need more food.
Get your protein sources from Chicken, fish, Beef, Eggs and egg whites, whey protein, skim milk and cottage cheese
Complex carbs should come from oats, potatoes, rice, and whole wheat pastas.
Eat lots of greens!
Fats should come from olive oil, nuts and seeds, natty peanut butter, udo's oil or flax oil.
Any of those foods are perfect to put another meal in there somewhere. :)

p.s. sorry it took me so long to respond. I've had some computer issues this weekend.

Danny, you're trying to bulk so I would definitely up your calories in all areas. You don't have to worry so much about having skim milk with your shakes cuz you're not trying to cut up.
Also, don't be afraid to throw in a yolk or two in with your egg whites. Even though, the yolk has fat in it, it's full of all sorts of nutrients.
Natural peanut butter is an awesome way to get extra calories in your diet. Or you may add in some extra oil to bump up the calories too.
But seriously, you just need to eat. I'd definitely add either more food to each of your meals or add in a couple of extra meals.
You aren't going to put on quality muscle, if you don't eat enough calories. :)
 
Can you put a couple more servings of oatmeal in throughout your day?
I love oatmeal. I eat it two to three times a day. It's awesome for helping to add some good quality carbs in there as well.:)

Yea I could defiantely throw in some oatmeal. I think im just going to add a meal or two each day to increase my calories. Thanks a lot for the advice, I really appreciate it
