Got bloodwork done. Need some help.

Total Test serum: 496ng/dl (normal)
LH: 6.0 (normal)
FSH: 16.2 (H)
Estrodial: >5.0 (L)

Any help?
Thought for sure i would be WAAAY lower than 496, considering i went through a bone marrow transplant in june. And blasted&cruised from ages 21-25. Currently 28.
But it looks like a lack of estrogen is whats causing all my uncomfort?
