I don't know how else to get this measured since my gym doesn't do it. Maybe you guys can give me a guess and I'll average it.

I would guess 15-16 tops..might be less if you man scaped a little...not hating just blocks view of definition.

Like said before it's a bit harder to tell with the chest hair, probably pretty accurate guesses though somewhere around 16%

Yeah, 15-20 is a good guess...maybe closer to 20 since I don't see any ab definition (and I realize you are not flexing).
