And by good results I mean keeping the fat off while bulking on 3500 calories. I gain weight in general pretty easily; fat and muscle, and I'm traumatized of getting fat since I was really chubby as a kid.
I feel like I'm holding myself back by never bulking to my full potential. Every time I bulk I do clean bulk with medium carbs and keep my calories juuust over my surplus. I can only imagine how much muscle I'd gain on a 3500 cal bulk with like 400g carbs a day. If I ate like that now i'd go up 2-3% bodyfat in one month.
Now I'm not expecting the HGH to be some sort of miracle and not get me fat at all I just expect it to be a powerful tool in keeping the fat off as much as possible.
