Gyno?

Hello, I hope I am not breaking any rules by posting this in here. This is my first time posting in this section of the forum as ive been hanging around the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) section mostly. I am a 19 year old male with low testosterone and hypothyroid. Since being prescribed thyroid meds, my thyroid has become more active and my testosterone has gone up. My question is about gyno. I've been noticing my nipples being puffy. I realized it could be gyno about 6 months ago, but now that I was diagnosed, thought it would be a good time to investigate further. I asked my doctor, but he quickly said no without further investigation. I have a new doctor and will finally get my E2 levels tested in about two weeks, but wanted to know if gyno is even a possibility. Attached are a few recent pictures. Thank you for anyone that offers assitance.

Is there hard tissue behind the nipple, they do look puffy? If there is tissue, then you have gyno.

That's the thing I can't really tell if they have tissue behind them or not.. One minute I think they feel normal but then next minute they feel a little tough..But yeah they are really puffy and it's annoying. I will hopefully be able to confirm when I get the rest of my blood work in two weeks. Thanks for your input

You will know if there is gyno there in the form of tissue. It literally feels like a marble behind there and you can grab it. It does not go away and come back its either there or its not. I remember when I got gyno and I freaked out. There was a lump behind both nips. Like I said you will know. Your nips look puffy, but that could be a number of things.
