Harvey's veggie burgers.

Hey,

As some of you may already know, I'm a veggie. I was wondering if it was o.k to count the 21g of proteins that are in Harvey's veggie burgers as part of my daily protein intake. As a veggie it's kind of hard to eat whole food proteins... Ok ok, I eat 8 whole eggs per day, lots of cheese, but it's fucking hard to do 250g per day! :D This week I've been going to Harvey's just for their veggie burgers (42g in total) which is pretty good. I think it's pretty clean proteins, no cholesterol, etc.

What do you guys think?

Veggie burgers are a good source of protein as they usually have a variety of incomplete proteins all mixed together to make complete protein. If I were you I would by my own veggie patties from the supermarket. This way you can monitor exactly what goes on with your patty. Many restaurants such as Harvey's probably cook their veggie patties on the same grill as their greasy beef patties. There's something to think about next time you go to harvey's

Aight, thanks bro, just wanted to be sure..

The thing is... I've not found a place where I can get paddies as good as at Harveys... and I've tried lots of stores...

arent alot of veggie burgers made up of soy ? or are those soy burgers ?
