Hey,
As some of you may already know, I'm a veggie. I was wondering if it was o.k to count the 21g of proteins that are in Harvey's veggie burgers as part of my daily protein intake. As a veggie it's kind of hard to eat whole food proteins... Ok ok, I eat 8 whole eggs per day, lots of cheese, but it's fucking hard to do 250g per day! This week I've been going to Harvey's just for their veggie burgers (42g in total) which is pretty good. I think it's pretty clean proteins, no cholesterol, etc.
What do you guys think?
