Has anyone? And what are your dosages?
2IU/day 5 days on 2 off.
Honestly, I cannot report any useful benefits to-date. I makes me hold water and slightly raises my BP, but that is it. No fat loss, or strength gain or libido help even with working out 6 days a week and maintaining a decent diet. At some level it's probably doing someting healthy, but I have learned that the guys getting real results are using far higher dosages than I can afford, or their system responds a whole hell of a lot better than mine or both. I have one month left to compete the 6 months that everyone says is required to see real benefits from HGH...but unless that last month is going to work magic, I have only learned a very expensive lesson.
I'm using Tev Tropin, at 2 ius 6 days a week, has anyone tried doubling the dosage every other day?
Its not necessary for those to dose QOD that have a deficiency. The QOD dosing comes from a study on children and they were trying to increase final height. The results in the QD and QOD dosing group were the same during the trial, although children in the QOD dosing group continued to increase height, marginally, after stoping.
But if your low already that is not important to you.
Lifting weights 6 days a week? If you are then your not leaving enough time for recuperation. Doing 2 heavy sets of Bench press 6 to 8 reps to your max. once per week will give better gains than doing it several times a week.
I am on Tev-Tropin Pharmacy Grade stuff at 2.5 iu daily 7/7. It's been about a month and a half and I don't see anything... Only better sleep. And I wanna see fat loss fast... I am at 11% bodyfat and mostly around my lower abs, upper as are clean. It's too expensive to stay on Pharmacy grade stuff...Might get some blue tops and stay on it fora while, that is if these 6 months on Tev Pharmacy grade don't work...
I was foolish enough to stay on pharm grade HGH for 6 months. It did nothing besides lighten my wallet. I would bet that the guys you see at the gym that swear by it are using WAY more than a HRT doc would prescribe and that most of us could afford.
