WBC Super Lightweight (140 lbs.) Title Fight
- Arturo Gatti defeated Jesse James Leija by KO in round 5. Gatti retains title.

IBF Jr. Middleweight (154 lbs.) Title Fight
- Kassim Ouma defeated Kofi Jantuah by unanimous decision. Ouma retains title.

 

[Slick Arrado]

Ouma's tough, but I think Winky could outbox him and Trini would knock him out. Gatti's better than he used to be, but still not the cream of the crop at junior welter. I thought Leija would lose a decision.

 

[Hawaiian Silky]

gatti looked good, of course, he was fighting a midget
