I heard that you could use hcg 2500iu every 4th or 5th day after the last shot of a cycle for 2 weeks. Is this the best method. I would then use nolva 2 weeks prior to that for several weeks. that sound about right?

aromasin or liquidex throughout cycle
hcg2500iu a week /2weeks usage
2 weeks later nolva ED for several weeks
