Heart health, vitamins and cialis question

I have been reading up on artery health. Particularly calcium score and healthy cholesterol levels. I have read that Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 mk7 in combination can send calcium to the bones instead of hanging in the arteries.

My question is since vitamin K2 is a (blood coagulant). Is taking cialis (Being a blood thinner) while taking Vitamin K2 + D3 dangerous??

Cialis is a blood thinner? I know it should not be taken with blood thinners, but I don't believe Cialis thins the blood. It's a PDE5 Inhibitor that results in blood vessel dialation so that more blood flows to the penis for enhanced erections.
